Few dermatologists, I know of only 2 others, treat melanin skin and other concerns black people have like Dr. Roberts does. Her clinical care is excellent, effective and compassionate. I am extremely happy to have found her just in time. More dermatologists trained to treat black skin well and as the focus of their clinical research and practice are desperately needed in the field. Skin is the largest organ. Taking good care of it is more than just cosmetic. It is definitely not about vanity. I recommend her without hesitation.

Meg checked all of my skin issues and areas I couldn t see,freezing some areas,advice on other areas. She did take a sample for review off my right chest area as I ve had a melanoma previously which was treated. So overall the visit was positive.

Dr. Roberts is very knowledgeable and careful. When Dr. Roberts uses nitrogen to take a spot off my face I know she is saving me from plastic surgery down the road. She has diagnosed several basal cells on my face that could have been overlooked by some one else.

I was seeing this office for about 10 yrs. I had my files copied to my primary thinking to have it all under one plan. Only to find that was a wrong thing to do. I came back today and I was happy knowing that proper checks and treatment are excellent again! Yes, there have been different PA-C's but, all have the same high quality of expertise. Dr. Roberts must really evaluate her employees to be Top Notch office in my book.

I gave 5 stars based on the Doctor and the medical assistant. Superb job. Both ladies were thorough and I commend them for not just their professionalism but for their pleasant demeanor that early in the morning 8:15am. They were thorough with gathering info and providing me with info. I loved their attitude towards work and I love the ambiance, very nice office. The front desk person however was not so pleasant. Maybe it was too early in the morning, but she wasn’t pleasant at all.

THis was an annual skin check. Dr. Roberts seemed happy to see me! She was rIght on time, addressed all my issues, identified a condition needing further treatment, responded to questions with thorough answers and helpful suggestions, froze a small cyst, and conducted the full skin check while being reassuring about the needed treatment. Meghan and I discussed the problem and tho it’s an unusual one she is going to check my blood work. She did freeze two moles I’ve had for years. Hope they are gone soon. I was very pleased with our discussions and recommend her highly.

Meghan discussed alternatives to spot freezing and asked that Rufin keep an open mind. At the moment he is content with the treatment he is receiving.
